Description
Brewed with our friends at Pastore, this fruited sour does exactly what it says on the bottle. A base beer soured with Pastores favourite lacto culture then fermented with our own house yeast blend, along with 300 kilos of hot and cold oak-smoked peaches. The finished beer has a delightfully soft mouthfeel and a gentle tartness that perfectly balances the complex smoked peach flavours.
