Description
A deliciously flavourful cask-only pale ale that’s designed from the ground-up to suit the traditional cask pour. Peppery rye malts mingle with sweet, dark roasted crystal barley for an intriguing combination that is far from the often cloying sweetness of contemporary pale ales. This malt backbone is brought to life with Idaho 7 hops, which add notes of black tea and citrus pith.
