Brewed with Citra, Mailita and Phantasm, this beer showcases fermentation in motion – a process where yeast and hops interact to unlock hidden compounds and release bright waves of flavour. Powered by Thiol Theory, a liquid yeast, the result is a beautifully balanced and layered IPA offering flavours of passion fruit, citrus and gooseberry. Our unfiltered beer may contain sediment - pour gently.
