Description
Red wine barrel-aged barley wine, we imported some French red wine barrels from France and brewed a big malty indulgent barley wine, we left that barley wine in these oak barrels for a year before kegging. There is a hint of colour from the red wine, there is some deep satisfying malt depth and all rounded off with dark fruit flavours from the red wine. Hopped with Australian Enigma to compliment the dark berry fruit character.
