Description
Refreshing, slightly tart and delicately spicy Farmhouse ale. A Franco-Belgian staple. The Belgian Ale yeast strain provides a sweet and spicy tone to compliment a grain bill, including malted wheat and rye that works well with these spicy notes. The hop aroma is very subtle. A classic Saison, even if we say so ourselves!
