Big Fella

Description

A classic Double IPA very much in the Pacific-style of our homeland, Aotearoa: clean, bright, fruity, boldly bitter and eminently drinkable. Big Fella is built on a very lean grist, with Pilsner malt as the sole malt, and dextrose allowing us to boost the gravity while maintaining its dangerous drinkability. The bold new world hops only added in the whirlpool and dry hop throw up characters reminiscent of grapefruit, passion fruit, orange zest, a hint of new world white wine, and an underlying herbal note reminiscent of hops illegal cousin.
