Devil May Care is a charming and cosy Belgian-style Golden Strong Ale with apricot, pear, and citrus intermingling before the delightfully balanced spicy finish. The extra warm fermentation of our Cosmic house yeast leaves us with aromatics reminiscent of apricot, pear, citrus and pepper. A gentle Nelson hop fruitiness wanders in behind (perhaps a hint of passion fruit) before the peppery finish teases the palate alongside a lingering memory of lemon marmalade. A light yet warming golden ale - inspired by the devilish Belgian classics - that will work equally well accompanying dinner as it does as a late night sipper. Potent stuff.
