Description
In collaboration with Pilton Cider, this wild ale is brewed with hand-harvested quince from Somerset. Floral quince aromatics hint at the fruity acidity to follow. The first sip lets you experience the full body, high effervescence, and full flavours of both the fruit and our house culture fermentation, which evolves throughout the length of the glass.
