Description
Ever since trying Japanese umeboshi we have been on a mission to make our own locally-sourced, salted, pickled plums to flavour a beer. Boshi is a sour wild ale featuring those plums: expect a hazy, full-bodied, tart and salty beer, with plum and stone fruit shining through.
