Jo y is inspired by the classic Summer Pudding;an old skool dessert which showcases the best of British summertime fruits, such as raspberry, blackcurrant and strawberry. Often found as a staple in retro cookbooks, we think that this out of favour treat is due a revival... in sour beer form!
