Simplicity is at its best when perfectly balanced. That's what we love about a Bellini. Crisp and dry sparkling wine blended with sweet and full-bodied Mango puree, plus a touch of orange to bring it all together. All of these flavours work equally well in a cocktail-inspired sour beer.
