Description
Our take on making a great American Pale Ale. British & German malts meet sexy American hops. Result: love at first taste. This is why we started our craft brewery idea back in 1999 and we are so glad we did. This was our first brew!
Tasting Notes
Key Notes: Balanced - Hoppy - Fruity
Fruity is the first word that comes to mind - mainly tangerine, grapefruit and melon. Then you notice the pleasant, the full bodiness of it and how easy it is to drink. Finally, you can congratulate yourself on a great choice.
You must have a cold cellar - Serve at 2ºC to really enjoy our beers!
Our beers are kegged to order on Monday's and Wednesday's and will be sent out on the Tuesday or Thursday after kegging.
