Our spin on a classic pilsner showcases all the great things about this kind of lager. In other words, its crisp, dry, slightly bitter, full of flavour and incredibly easy to drink. Tasting Notes Key Notes: Light - Crisp - Hoppy Imagine the taste of a perfect lager and youre pretty much on the money. Were talking clean and refreshing, with loads of hops thrown in. Its matured long and slow, so it has this great depth of flavour and slight flowery and herby notes too. You must have a cold cellar - Serve at 2C to really enjoy our beers! Our beers are kegged to order on Monday's and Wednesday's and will be sent out on the Tuesday or Thursday after kegging.
