Yardarm is the perfect mainstay of any cider bar or bottleshop - medium-dry to medium it offers a traditionally pressed 100% cider apple alternative to the commercially re-hydrated fast selling corporate ciders available on the market today. Yardarm is a smooth, easy drinking cider that harbours strong apple flavours reminiscent of the apple juice it once was pre-fermentation. Fermented using champagne yeast over a period of six months at ambient temperature Yardarm further undergoes malolactic, or secondary, fermentation in the following season resulting in a drink that is a cut above the rest.
