The early apples from the Bollhayes orchard, never before pressed for cider and giving us a massive apple nose, a tart, full-bodied eating apple on the palate, with a warm, fresh bread, light yeast finish. Quite different from our longstanding ciders....this is what happens when you leave the apprentice with a press and go on holiday!
