Description
Michelin Cider 5.5% - A traditional French cider apple which was first introduced by Monsieur Legrant to Hereford in 1884. It was extensively planted throughout Hereford from the 1920s and is now one of the most widely planted cider apples and one of the most reliable and heavy cropping varieties. The skin of the fruit is yellowish-green flushed pinkish-orange, the flesh is white, sweet with some astringency. Michelin apples typically produce a bittersweet cider however our cider is fermented for longer leaving a slightly drier finish.
