GALIPETTE DOUX is the latest addition to our range of pure juice ciders. The bright and vibrantly golden Doux, or sweet cider, is characterised by its toffee aroma and lovely fruity flavour of real apple. It is made from bitter-sweet and sweet apple varieties such as Kermerien and Douce Moen, and undergoes a fermentation process that retains natural sugars. This results in a luscious mouthfeel and a taste with hints of lemon curd, honey and apple pie. The sweetness is balanced with a refreshing acidity, making it a perfect drink to enjoy with moules frites, gorgonzola cheese or rhubarb crumple. Naturally gluten-free and vegan-friendly.
