Gospel Green Rose is, we think, a world first! Finally a 'super premium' Rose cider made with 100% apple juice and a touch of pinot noir.
Made in the same way as our award winning 'method champenoise' Brut, our Rose is a delicious and sophisticated drink. Aromatics of wild strawberry and hedgerow berries lead to a hint of floral Rosehip. This delicate sparkling rose cider has a smooth rounded finish with a touch of baked apple.
Perfect with fish, duck, red fruits and desserts. Makes a wonderful all round sparkler!
