Description

Just Pressed 'Sub', a 0.5% abv cider made from 100% fresh pressed apple juice, fermented on wild yeasts and left to mature in the tank. It is then expertly blended and back sweetened, before being gently carbonated to bring out those wonderful apple aromas, fresh fruity flavour and refreshing kick of cider but with less of the alcohol.

All of our ciders are made from fresh-pressed apple, where the juice is left to ferment and mature for at least six months.
