Description
Hazy Ways Part 1 is a blend of Dabinett (91%) and a little Ellis Bitter from the 2017 harvest. It was cold racked 6 times to slow the fermentation to close to zero and so retain a bit of natural sweetness in the cider. It was then finished in bottle to give a soft, creamy carbonation. It's rich, juicy, fresh and spicy style with full ripe tannins.
