Description
This I a really fine, juicy, full bodied, spicy and fruity dry cider that is a deep dive into the joys of fermented cider apples. Those apples in this case, two Somerset varieties - Yarlington Mill and the rarer Coates Jersey - wild fermented and then brought into ex wine barrels, matured for 18 months, to emerge as something really quite special.
