Description

Cider Sessions are our occasional and rare single barel releases.

This one is wild co-fermentation of Ellis Bitter and Tremletts Bitter apples, along with a yard blend of perry pears. Later we ran this into a just emptied chaardonnay barrel of Quince wine for it to mature on the quince lees for 9 months before bottling.

It's a real tropical fruit basket of a drink – think Opal Fruit juiciness and ripe mango, with pineapple, star fruit and kiwi with a flourish of floral perfume.

Despite its intensity it remains super drinkable and moreish and it loves frangrant spicy food!
