Notes: This is a recent blend that we introduced some Katy apple juice post-fermentation. Sitting at the top end of medium this naturally sweet, full juice cider, is as fresh as the day it was pressed.
Flavour Profile: This is a clean, seasonable light sparkling cider, perfect for the summer. Key flavours are peach, strawberry, and elderflower, with a light citrus fizz.
