Description
Launching our 2021 vintage, an incredibly sessionable cider with strong berry flavours, light tannins and well-balanced acidity. This cider is 100% full juice, wild fermentation, with an arrested fermentation @4.5% ABV i.e. it has not been back sweetened which leads to a fantastic mouth feel.
