Description
With a full fruit name of Brown Snout to mislead you, you will be pleasantly surprised at the delicate peachy hue of this single variety cider. One of the mid season ripening cider apples, the Browns were pleasing to press. It's the ideal time to be on the apple grading conveyor and the mill; the start-of-season hiccups in equipment are behind us, but the weather is still kind and the colours on the trees are a feast for the eyes. Yields have been good and the fruit was pressed at the perfect window for sugars development.
The result? A 6.8% lightly tart, rounded single variety cider. There's a blush of pinky peach to the cider colour. There's light citrus notes on the nose of this very accessible cider.
