Description
Rich gold in colour, bright and clear. Lightly sparkling. Bittersweet aromas of apple pie. Ripe apple dominates the palate with soft tannins with a noticeable sweet but well balanced finish. Great on its own or equally good with a plate of charcuterie and lightly spiced food.
