Description
This unique Cornish cider was developed by wine and cider maker John Coulson of Polgoon Vineyard in collaboration with Caron Archer (Head Brewer at Padstow Brewing Co.). It contains only pressed English apple juice and is fermented using the finest Champagne yeast. The result is a crisp, mouth-watering cider that leaves a satisfyingly long finish. This cider is now in 500ml bottles but is an identical product.
