Multi-award winning SXOLLIE natural perries are crafted in the Western Cape of South Africa. Using 100% fresh juice content throughout the full perry-making process, SXOLLIE uses no concentrates, flavourants or colourants. Our perries are designed to salute South Africa's famed pear varietals, in this instance the Packham Pear. Like crunching into the pear this perry presents a creaminess and fullness along with a honey, almost caramel profile. With a sophistication that lends itself to pairing with mild cheeses and grilled fish this perry drinks like a chardonnay, only with a lower alcohol content, and delicate bubbles.
