Description
Naturally sparkling (pét nat) cider made from Bramley and Chisel Jersey apples from unsprayed orchards.
A robust natural cider in which the Bramley acidity has receded and the Chisel Jersey tannic structure has matured. Ideal with meaty dishes. A bright colour with soft, fine bubbles.
Bottle fermented using only the wild yeasts. Perfectly dry, unfiltered, unpasteurised.
No added sulphites.
