Naturally sparkling, live, keg-fermented full-juice perry. Single variety, made only from handpicked, unsprayed Thorn pears.
This fabulous perry pear variety has made a summery, light and fruity perry with elderflower and citrus notes.
Fermentation completed within the keg to give fine, soft natural bubbles - not force carbonated.
No added sulphites.
