Description
Medium dry, rich, fruity, aromatic, with hints of caramel and a smoothness captured by allowing the product to mature for almost 12 months before being lovingly blended and bottled.
Made using a mixture of local apples and a traditional Dabinett cider apple from a premiere Herefordshire orchard.
