Juniper and Lime is a non-alcoholic sparkling tea drink that is unfiltered, and has been lovingly fermented in small batches using the finest organic green teas, premium botanicals and raw honey. Unlike regular kombucha that has been fermented with processed sugar, our drinks only use raw honey that comes from within 5 miles of our brewery in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire.

This is a botanical drink encapsulating the flavours of the English countryside. The taste of the juniper berries are taken to a higher level by the citrus taste of the kaffir lime leaves, which then has the flavours of organic coriander seeds, a splash of organic Peruvian ginger juice and organic fennel seeds added to create a taste sensation. It's tough work, but totally worth it for the vibrant flavours and complex taste.

INGREDIENTS: Filtered water, Raw Honey from rural Buckinghamshire, two types of premium organic green teas, Juniper Berries, Kaffir Lime leaves, organic Coriander Seeds, Organic Peruvian Ginger juice, and Organic Fennel Seeds.
