This soda is part of our seasonal winter range of drinks, produced when ingredients are naturally at their very best. Familiar to many as the fruity flavour of Earl Grey tea, we source the best Italian Bergamots we can get our hands on, to create this exceptionally refreshing, uncommonly delicious soda. Made using both the zest and the juice from untreated Bergamots we import directly from Southern Italy, this light, floral, unique citrus flavour with subtle herbal notes, is the perfect antidote to the dark winter months.
