The first release in the Biggar Rum Series is the Asian Spiced Recipe. Spiced with warming notes from Szechuan pepper, allspice and cloves, amongst other botanicals, this rum makes for a great winter warming serve.
This is our first rum release, and for this process, we wanted to blend our own Scottish white rum with a white Caribbean rum before spicing it with six different Asian-inspired ingredients.
Try on ice or with a mixer. We have been serving this with some Mexican lime soda water.
