Description
A seasonal riff on the classic with the flavours of juicy blueberries and the aroma and flavour of woodsmoke and tree sap.
I use a rather unique spirit called Mastiha (Pronounced Mastica) which is distilled from the sap of the Mastic tree which is grown solely on the Greek Island of Chios. It has wonderful complex flavour profiles and a unique aroma that is well suited to this drink.
This libation is ready to drink, as with all of my products.
