"Our zero waste Limoncello is made using a by product of the gin distilling process. We take three cuts from our distillation process and don’t waste a drop: THE HEART CUT that we use to create the finest YORKSHIRE gin and THE HEADS & TAILS CUT which we use to make our premium liqueurs.
Wolfe Bros Lemoncello takes the head cut distilled a second time in our copper pot still with the vapour chamber filled with fresh Lisbon lemons to EXTRACT MORE CITRUS FLAVOURS. Once distilled we rest the spirit with more lemon peel and sugar to draw out the natural colour.”
