A fresh raspberry liqueur made with locally grown fruit using the finest grade alcohol. Perfect for cocktails or as a delicious aperitif. This is almost a coulis as the raspberry taste is so intense. We use a little dash in the sparkling, or you can use Cava or Prosseco for a fresh 'Kir Royale'
