RAER have sourced exquisite first fill Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks from the Jerez region of Andalucía in Spain to bring you another mouth-watering sherry-finished dram.
To create these specialist Whisky Expressions, our team decant our national and international award-winning RAER Blended Scotch Whisky into 3 different varieties of sherry casks, which are then laid down for further maturation (typically 18-24 months, subject to team approval) in our Bond at Jackton Distillery. The resulting elixir is non chill-filtered and bottled without the addition of colourants of flavourings to create rich, boldly sherried drams.
