Description
Ramo de Rosas Mezcal Tobalá Capón is crafted using the traditional capón method, where the flower stem is cut and left in the ground for a further year before cooking and distilling. This process creates a distillate with notes of juicy orchard fruits, with a finish of vanilla and white pepper.
