Our small batch Rum really is any rum lovers dream in a glass, casked for nine weeks and redistilled twice this really is a Rum that can be shared with friends over ice. With a subtle aroma of vanilla and notes of caramel, this smooth and warm English honey rum is a modern take on a classic spirit whilst also having a tinge of spice. Fermented in small batch copper stills and casked using 100% molasses.
