Our Dark Rum is a bold, spicy dark rum, perfect for making a big impression in cocktails and mixed drinks. Our Checkmate Dark Rum is made using Hawthorn berries,Sarsparilla and Tonka bean and other fine spices with a blend of rums from Guyana and Jamaica, which are currently blended in the UK.
