Description
Our second Blanc de Blancs from our Kit's Coty vineyard on the North Downs of Kent is now available in a Magnum format. This wine shows typical aromas of cool climate Blanc de Blancs; green apple and freshly baked bread. The palate is showing development from maturation on lees and a toasty character from partial barrel fermentation. A savoury finish with fine, persistent bubbles.
