Description
Our award-winning wines are made from hand-picked grapes, grown on our estate in the Highweald area of outstanding natural beauty. Our sparkling wines undergo cool, gentle fermentation, with a minimum of 2 years lees aging prior to release. Highweald Rosé Brut is a beautiful, vibrant rose-pink with a fine persistent mousse. Intense and seductive aroma of English summer berries with delicate toasted cedar-spice. A round and silky palate with a persistent and refreshing finish.
