On the nose: Rich in dark fruits, licorice and earth, with a hint of black olive
On the palate: Ripe blackberries, Chelan cherries, dark chocolate and a touch of vanilla
Finish: Dry yet fruity with a rich, deep tannic structure
When to drink: Pair with medium rare steak, game or a selection of charcuterie
