Made on site from grapes grown solely at Wellhayes Vineyard in mid-Devon, Wellhayes Sparkling Wine is a unique blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Reichensteiner. The 2016 wine is 60% Chardonnay with a light gentle mousse making an ideal aperitif.
