Assamson & Goliath, a Great Taste Award winner, is our signature unflavoured black tea kombucha. It is brewed from the finest Assam tea blended with a premium Kenyan black for a little kick of briskness. Its hand crafted in Belfast in full view of the iconic shipyard cranes and (almost) namesakes! It is a caramel amber kombucha with complexity yet remains light and lively, with plumy, vanilla and cinnamon notes. It's a great addition to any low and no offering in particular as a alternative to light beer and cider and makes a for a ideal food accompaniment .
