This recipe is an adaptation from a Belgium ale that dates back from the 1700s. we have taken this basic combination of ingredients and modernised it with new breeds of hops and new brewing techniques. all of this combined creates this ultra smooth , silky ale with hints of toffee, banana and thyme.
