quadruple dry-hopped wild IPA with Mosaic, Citra and Nelson

Wild ale fermented in oak then dry-hopped with fresh Mosaic, Citra and Nelson. Hits of intensely dank citrus, overripe mango and pineapple. The hop aroma is elevated by our house yeast culture and restrained acidity.

Brewed with 100% solar power, with absolute minimal intervention at every processing step allowing the ingredients to be presented as close to their natural taste alongside encouraging further development of our unique evolving farm “terroir” bottle conditioned beer. Contains sediment, please allow 24 hours at fridge temperature stored upright and pour carefully.
