Description
Unpasteurized red beer, secondary fermented in the bottle. With great character and sweet flavour, distinguished by intense aromas of caramel, malt and hazelnuts, with spicy notes and great aromatic persistence. Pairings: Perfect at the end of a meal and to accompany desserts. Pour quickly into an un-tilted Chardonnay glass, ensuring a large head.
