Elder

Description

Elder is our elderflower sparkling beer - the first release in our Hedgerow Series. It delivers a delicate, elderflower flavour and aroma, with a slightly tart finish. We use a blend of wild strains, most of which were cultivated from elderflowers we foraged in the Oxfordshire countryside. We also pitched Champagne yeast mid-fermentation, which gives that crisp finish, reminiscent of a fine, dry white wine.
